Refund Policy for Credits

We use a Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) model — no monthly billing cycles. Instead, our refund policy is based on your unused credit balance.

30-Day Refund Window

Request a refund for any unused credits within 30 days of purchase. For example:

  • Purchase 10,000 credits on January 1st with 5,000 remaining on January 25th — refundable for those 5,000 unused credits.

  • After the 30-day window (e.g., February 1st), refund requests can no longer be processed.

How to Request a Refund
