SERPINN ("we", "us", "our") operates the SERP Checker and rank-tracking platform available at serpinn.com. We are based at Office 170, 85 Dunstall Hill, Wolverhampton, United Kingdom, WV6 0SR. For any privacy questions, contact us at info@serpinn.com.

We collect the minimum amount of information needed to run the service:

• Account data — your name and email address, provided when you sign up.
• Project data — the keywords, domains, competitors, and ranking history you choose to track.
• Billing data — handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full payment-card details on our servers.
• Support data — messages and attachments you send via the contact form, email, or WhatsApp.
• Technical data — IP address, browser, device, and basic usage metrics collected automatically to keep the service running and secure.

We use your data only to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the SERPINN service.
• Process payments for credit purchases via Stripe.
• Send transactional emails (password resets, billing receipts, support replies).
• Send service-related notices about your account or planned downtime.
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
• Improve the product through aggregated, anonymised usage data.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your tracked keywords or project data for any purpose other than delivering the service to you.

We use a small number of cookies and local-storage items:

• Essential cookies — session cookies and CSRF tokens required for the app to function and for you to stay signed in.
• Security — Cloudflare Turnstile uses cookies to verify you are not a bot when submitting forms.
• Analytics & advertising — Google tags help us understand traffic and measure marketing campaigns. You can opt out by using a browser-level ad-blocker or "Do Not Track" setting.

To run SERPINN we rely on the following processors, each with their own privacy practices:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Cloudflare — bot protection (Turnstile) and edge security.
• Email providers (Mailgun, Postmark, or Amazon SES) — for transactional email delivery.
• Google — advertising and analytics tags.

We only share the minimum information required for each service to perform its function.

We keep your account and project data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise the associated personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain billing records for legal or tax purposes.

If you are in the UK, EU, or EEA, you have rights under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, including the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the lawful basis.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data — TLS for traffic in transit, hashed passwords, restricted database access, and regular security updates. No system is 100% secure, but we take security seriously and act quickly on any reported issue.

Some of our processors are based outside the United Kingdom. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on the safeguards offered by Standard Contractual Clauses, UK International Data Transfer Agreements, or adequacy decisions made by the UK or EU.

SERPINN is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will also be communicated by email where possible.
