These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SERPINN website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by SERPINN ("we", "us", "our") from Office 170, 85 Dunstall Hill, Wolverhampton, United Kingdom, WV6 0SR. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use SERPINN. By creating an account, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, up-to-date account information.
• Keeping your password secure and confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access at info@serpinn.com.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or appear compromised.

SERPINN runs on a Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) model. There are no recurring subscriptions.

• New users receive a sign-up bonus of free credits to evaluate the Service.
• Additional credits can be purchased in packages from your dashboard. Pricing is shown on the Pricing page and at checkout.
• Credits are deducted as you perform SERP checks. The credit cost of each check depends on the search depth, as displayed in the app.
• Purchased credits do not expire.
• All payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full payment-card details.
• Prices are stated in USD unless otherwise indicated and may change with prior notice for future purchases.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: you may request a refund for any unused credits within 30 days of purchase. Used credits are non-refundable.

When using SERPINN, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to access, probe, or test the vulnerability of any part of the Service without our written permission.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service or its data without a written agreement.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service outside of our documented APIs.
• Submit content that is infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or any user's use of it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without prior notice.

The Service — including its software, design, text, logos, and trademarks — is owned by SERPINN and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Nothing in these Terms transfers any IP rights to you.

You retain all rights to the data you submit (keywords, domains, project information). You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

SERPINN integrates with third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, Cloudflare, email providers, and analytics). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

We work hard to keep SERPINN reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Where we make material changes, we will give reasonable prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of SERP data, or non-infringement. SERP ranking data is supplied by third parties; we do not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SERPINN, its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

In any case, our total aggregate liability for any claims related to the Service will not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold SERPINN harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your infringement of any third-party right.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates legal exposure or service risk. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimer, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If the changes are material, we will give you reasonable advance notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent court to protect our intellectual property.
